Dr. ANYAKORA, Ifeanyi Mike is a Nigerian born in Bukuru, Plateau State, Nigeria in 1958. He is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with cognate professional experience in: Auctioneering, Property Management, Property Valuation including Plant and Machinery Valuation, Facilities Management, Rating and Pre- Investment Surveys.
At the doctoral level, Dr. Anyakora researched into the psychological and lifestyle factors that determine ability to own a home among workers in Nigerian urban settings. Dr. Anyakora’s contributions to knowledge has been developed into a Lecture Module in Home Ownership Made Easy Training Series at the University of Lagos Centre for Housing and Sustainable Development Studies where he also served as Home Ownership Analyst and Advisor between 2016-2018 before joining the employment of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University in 2018.
In addition to Lecturing, Dr. Anyakora also plays active role in the activities of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Anambra State Branch.
