Submission Guidelines

If you are interested in participating in this conference as a paper presenter send a 250 abstract and for poster/panel presentation send a 100-words summary based on any of identified sub-themes to the Conference Secretariat at: iic@coou.edu.ng and copy to iic92024@gmail.com.

All submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed . For Exhibitors, send a 50-words summary of your event.

Travel, Accommodation and Directions

International participants will be accommodated in hotels in Awka, the capital of Anambra State, Nigeria. Awka is approximately a 15-minute drive from the Igbariam Campus of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University.

International flights arrive at Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu Airports. Ethiopian Airlines is the only airline that operates international flights to Enugu International Airport. Participants arriving at Enugu Airport will not require a local flight to reach Awka, which is about a one-hour drive away.

For domestic travel, Air Peace Airways and United Nigeria Airlines operate daily flights from Lagos and Abuja to Chinua Achebe Airport in Umueri, Anambra State. The airport is about a 15-minute drive from the Igbariam Campus and a 30-minute drive from Awka.

Please note that United Nigeria Airlines might offer more consistent daily flights to Anambra State.

University buses will be available on the 5^th of November 2024 at Chinua Achebe Airport, Umueri, and Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu, to transport international participants to their respective destinations.
