Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has emerged as the third best innovative tertiary institution in Anambra State at the Solution Innovation District (SID) event, held at the International Conference Centre (ICC) from Tuesday, November 25 to Friday, November 29, 2024.
The University showcased a total of seven groundbreaking innovations and research projects, which earned it a
cash prize of N2,000,000.
Dr. Gloria Obananya, the Deputy Coordinator of the Business Ventures Committee and Head of the Skill Acquisition Centre for Continuing Education Programmes (CEP), along with Miss Geraldine Onyeweife from the Department of Geology, represented the university at the prestigious event.
COOU remains entirely grateful to His Excellency, Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, for bestowing such a remarkable opportunity, not only upon our Institution but also upon the entire populace of Anambra State.
