On Tuesday, June 18, 2025, the University Management held a high-level strategic meeting at the Administrative Senate Chamber, bringing together Deputy Registrars, Deputy Bursars, and Principal Assistant Registrars for an in-depth dialogue session.

In alignment with the current administration’s commitment to driving institutional excellence anchored on the 3Vs of the University— Values, Viability and Visibility, and in ensuring optimal functionality across all administrative units, the meeting served as a critical platform to review persistent challenges impeding unit productivity, areas of systemic underperformance, Identified skill gaps among staff members, matters relating to appraisals and promotion, and chart several forward-looking proposals designed to accelerate the University’s progress.
