COOU PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER, REPRESENTS UNIVERSITY AT EGPA 2026 CONFERENCE IN ROME, ITALY

Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) proudly congratulates its Public Relations Officer, Dr. Harrison Madubueze, on his participation in the 2026 Conference of the European Group for Public Administration (EGPA) holding in Rome, Italy.

With the theme, “Public Governance for the Common Good: Human Intelligence Serving the Global Community,” the conference brings together Public Administrators, Policy Makers, Researchers and Postgraduate Scholars from across the world to engage on the future of public governance. Representing COOU at such a prestigious global gathering is a testament to the University’s commitment to excellence, professional development and global engagement.

This achievement resonates strongly with the University’s 3Vs — Values, Viability and Visibility. It reflects the values of excellence and continuous learning; demonstrates the viability of our people to compete and contribute on the global stage; and strengthens the visibility of COOU within international academic and professional circles.
