The Vice-Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha fnipr, has congratulated Prof. Paschal Epiphanius Onyinyechukwu Oguno on his admission into the Alumni Association of the National Institute (AANI) following the successful completion of the Senior Executive Course 47/2025 at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos.

Prof. Oguno formally presented his certificate of membership of AANI to the Vice-Chancellor during a courtesy visit to her office. The presentation was witnessed by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor E. Q. Okolie, who joined the Vice-Chancellor in celebrating the remarkable academic and professional milestone.

While congratulating Prof. Oguno, Prof. Omenugha described his induction into AANI as a prestigious achievement that reflects his commitment to leadership, strategic thinking, and national development. She noted that the accomplishment not only brings honour to him personally but also elevates the profile of the University within the national policy and strategic community.

The Vice-Chancellor further expressed confidence that Prof. Oguno’s exposure at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies would enrich intellectual discourse within the University and contribute to strengthening its role in shaping policy-relevant scholarship and leadership.

Prof. Oguno, who was officially admitted into the Alumni Association on December 13, 2025, took the oath of membership affirming his commitment to uphold the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the ideals of the Association. His admission places him among distinguished scholars, policymakers, and leaders who have undergone the Institute’s prestigious executive programme.
