Ruth Afunwa holds a Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Biotechnology. Her area of special interest is on antibiotic resistance and quality assurance with research publications in peered reviewed journals. She is a member of both academic and professional bodies in the fields of Microbiology.
