Ogonna Emmanuel Ifebi is a Senior Lecturer of Economics in the Department of Economics of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (formally; Anambra State University). He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Economics in 1995 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. Also a M.Sc. (Master of Science) degree, in Economics in 2001, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. After spending a year as a corper, at the Nigeria Agricultural and Cooperative Bank Makurdi, Benue State. Ogonna Ifebi was a Personal Assistant to Hon. Commissioner of Planning & Budget Government House Awka, Anambra State, from 2000 to 2003. He joined the Local Government Service Commission, Awka as a Planning Officer from 2001 to 2005. O.E. Ifebi, later in the year 2005, joined the Anambra State University (Presently Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University) Igbariam, as an Assistant Lecturer in 2005 and rose to the rank of Senior Lecturer in 2012. He was Ag. Head of Department of Economics, from 2010 to 2012. And currently, Ag. Director of Quality Assurance, of the University 2021/2022 academic year. Ogonna Ifebi, has worked for the World Health Organization (WHO) as a Monitor (The lots Quality Assurance Sampling Surveyor) and National Population Commission (NPC) as a Facilitator (Training of Supervisors). He is a member of Nigerian Economic Society (NES). Currently, he is PhD student of Department of Economics of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.
