Stella NkechiEzeaku (Nee Monanu) is a native of Umuokpu-Awka in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State Nigeria. She is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational foundations, Faculty of Education, ChukwuemekaOdumegwuOjukwu University, Anambra State. Stella obtained both her Bachelor of education and Master Degree in educational administration /supervision from NnamdiAzikiwe University, Awka, as well as a Doctor of philosophy degree in Educational Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, (ESUT) Enugu. Stella Ezeaku is a scholar to the core and aspires to significantly contribute toward Human Recourse Management and education laws for the development of educational goals as her area of specialization. She is highly inspired for researches that can enhance educational goals in educational Management for the sustainability of quality assurance in educational Management to produce a global workforce. She has attended many academic conferences and has written quite a number of journal articles that have been published in both national and international journals. She is a member of:
