Pharm (Dr). Nneoma Ngozi Okpalanma-Okoli was born at Owerri, in the present Imo state by the late Sir Dr. Lawrence Okechukwu and late Lady Joy Chiebonam Okpalanma from Nkpologwu in Aguata Local Government Area. Both were academicians and dedicated Christians who served both the church and their community.
Pharm (Dr). Nneoma completed her primary school at Demonstration Primary School, Awka from there to Queens School Enugu and Girls Secondary School Awka where she completed her secondary school. Pharm Nneoma was admitted to the Faculty of Pharmacy, the University of Uyo to study for a degree in Pharmacy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
After working for some years, she decided to pursue a postgraduate degree. She got admission to the Faculty of Pharmacy, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka to do a Master's degree (M.Pharm) in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy management. After her Master's degree, she enrolled for a Ph.D. degree in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy management specializing in pharmaceutical care. She is also enrolled in a consultancy fellowship program in clinical pharmacy with the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists (WAPCP)Yaba, Lagos state.
Pharm (Dr). Nneoma has work experience that spanned more than ten (10) years as a pharmacist in hospital and community pharmacies and also with NGO. She has attended many workshops and training on pharmaceutical care, supply chain management, monitoring and evaluation, entrepreneurship and modern managerial skills for health professionals, leadership, mentorship, emotional intelligence workshop, and training on ICT application for tertiary institutions-to mention but a few.
Pharm (Dr). Nneoma Ngozi Okpalanma-Okoli is fully registered with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) and she is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Association of Lady Pharmacists (ALPs), Nigerian Association of Pharmacists in Academia (NAPA), International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS), London Journals Press.
